Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Supervise daily maintenance for warehouse assets, including conveyors, racking systems, dock doors, HVAC, and forklifts. Preventative Strategy: Develop and manage robust preventative maintenance (PM) programs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Team Development: Lead, mentor, and train maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and technical growth. Vendor Management: Coordinate complex repairs with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project timelines are met. Technical Reporting: Maintain precise documentation for customer audits, insurance requirements, and leadership reviews. Safety & Compliance Excellence Serve as the facility’s guardian for OSHA compliance, fire codes, and environmental regulations. Execute rigorous safety inspections, including rack systems, fire suppression, and dock safety protocols. Partner with warehouse leadership to implement corrective action plans and workplace safety initiatives. Who You Are Experienced: You have 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in a fast-paced warehouse or 3PL environment. A Leader: You have a proven track record of supervising teams and managing multiple priorities under pressure. Knowledgeable: You have a deep understanding of OSHA standards and facility safety. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with WMS environments or technical certifications is a major plus. Reliable: You thrive in a 1st-shift environment and are available for overtime/weekends when the mission requires it.
